Whew! We’re home, settled, and getting back to reality after our fabulous time in NYC for the National Stationery Show 2012. WHAT.A.TRIP.

Didn’t our booth look amazing!?!  Look!!

NSS was the perfect time for us to introduce some of our new collection. We’re so proud and hope you love them too!

This one was even recognized as a nominee at the 24th Annual LOUIE Awards presented Sunday, May 20th. We didn’t take home the crown, but it is still a HUGE honor to be nominated. Thank you to the Greeting Card Association for considering us for the award.

We of course loved seeing all of our clients and new retailers, our vendors as well as some other great designers and friends. We loved what we saw from Anna Griffin and Lifeguard Press. Did you know Lifeguard Press carries Lilly Pulitzer and Jonathan Adler!?

We were overwhelmingly thrilled with the great response we got to Clean Couture. The excitement continues to build surrounding the launch of this wonderful line!

Lots of wonderful things happening here at Modern Posh! We’re so happy you’re along with us for the ride…

The National Stationery Show is right around the corner – only a few short days away! We’re simply giddy with excitement and can’t wait to get there! Not only do we have fabulous new product to introduce, but we’re also working on updating our websites and are almost ready to launch a whole new catalog. Yes, we’ve been B-U-S-Y!

Here is a sneak peek at some of our fantastic new product – we are in LOVE!

The colors pop so beautifully on these pieces!

Elegant, beautiful, and sophisticated.

Don’t you love the new patterns and color combinations!?

A little inspiration is always a good thing.

Creating the invitation is half the fun of the party, right!?

Be creative – think outside the box – get coordinated.

If you’re going to be at NSS, please be sure to visit us at Booth #2815. We’d love the chance to chat with you!

NYC – here we come!

We, here at Modern Posh Design, take great pride in our work. So when someone very well-respected within the industry gives us a pat on the back, we tend to beam with pride. We had the privilege of designing a holiday card for none other than Sarah Schwartz, editor of Stationery Trends Magazine. She was kind enough to write this testimonial.

This has been the second year that Julie did our holiday cards, and I can hardly put into words how thrilled we’ve been with the results both times. Last year’s output — based around a photo of my daughter sitting in front of our rhododendron trees — was incredible, and I honestly thought it would be impossible to top. How happy I was to be proven wrong — this year’s is even more amazing! All I did was tell Julie that I’m currently obsessed with chevron stripes and sent her a few photos — and she created this amazing tri-fold that knocks the socks off of everyone who sees it! She really transcends the whole holiday missive to create something truly unforgettable that is so much more. We get so many compliments on it — perhaps the best one received so far was from friends of ours that said they preferred ours to the one they got from the president! I am *almost* embarrassed to get these types of responses from friends & family!

Can you see us beaming from where you are? It was such an honor to work with Sarah and we are thrilled to have had the opportunity. Here is the holiday card we designed for her and her sweet family.

As if that weren’t enough to get us all giddy, Sarah also featured a piece of our work in a recent List Topping Trends article she penned for the Paper Clips Newsletter section of the National Stationery Show website. Here is an excerpt. Be sure to check out the whole article here.

Rainbows. Quiet since the 1980s, rainbows have been reborn in a big way, and may be just the sunny tonic a recession- or depression-addled nation is seeking. Updated for today’s aesthetics, they have been rethought and reinterpreted, appearing on everything from cake layers to … you guessed it, chevron stripes.

We are so excited for the upcoming National Stationery Show, May 20-23, in New York City. We look forward to it each and every year! We’d be ever-so-pleased if you stopped by and visited us at Booth #2815. We’d love to see you!
